Kom op tegen Kanker – POD platform for ribbons

🎗️ Yellow ribbons, greater purpose

Every day, an average of 125 people are affected by cancer, and companies feel the impact too. Employees fall ill, or know someone in their close circle who is battling the disease. That is why Kom op tegen Kanker looked for an effective way to convince businesses to show their support: a purchase of yellow ribbons on a cost-covering basis.
Comith developed a POD platform where companies could order these yellow ribbons. We wrote the copy and created a video featuring Arvesta, which was shared on Kom op tegen Kanker’s channels with a clear call to action: support the campaign, visit the ‘Day Against Cancer’ page, and order yellow ribbons at cost price. Companies could also request posters with or without their corporate logo.
As an extra touch, a thank you card was included with information on how to promote the campaign on October 17, 2024.
The campaign has since concluded, and the feedback from Kom op tegen Kanker was very positive.
No fewer than 27,100 yellow ribbons were distributed to more than 150 companies across Flanders. You don’t face cancer alone. We demonstrated this on a large scale on October 17, 2024, the 25th Day Against Cancer.
