Comith always processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the provisions of federal and Flemish regulations regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Comith attaches great importance to your privacy and the careful handling of your personal data. In doing so, we always respect the requirements of privacy legislation, as determined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). On our website, you can request information via the contact form. We process your personal data for this purpose.
- Which personal data do we process? -Identification and contact details such as name and email address.
- How do we obtain this personal data? -Directly from the data subject, via the contact form.
- On what basis do we process this data? -Based on consent.
- How long do we keep it? -As long as consent is not withdrawn and as long as it is necessary for this data to be retained for administrative purposes.
- With whom can we share this personal data? -This data is only shared with internal departments.
3. Sharing of personal data?
Personal data obtained via the website is not shared with third or external parties. We only share data internally for the purposes of administrative processing and service provision.
Your personal data may, if necessary for the provision of services or due to a legal obligation, also be transferred to or consulted by government institutions or other third parties. We enter into a protocol or agreement with these government institutions or third parties to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with relevant privacy legislation (including the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: “GDPR”) and the standards of Comith.
Comith retains marketing data for a maximum of 3 years after the last moment of contact.
Invoicing and contract data are kept for at least 7 years (legal requirement).

Comith makes every effort to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and other unwanted actions involving your personal data. To this end, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of national and European legislation. In the event of an unforeseen incident involving your personal data, Comith will always inform you in accordance with legal provisions.

Comith considers it important that you always maintain control over the processing of your personal data. Below you will find more information about the various rights you have regarding the processing of your personal data:
- Right of access: you have the right to access all personal data we process about you. You can also obtain a copy of this data, which we will send to you in paper or digital format;
