📱 Smart transition from POS to digital

Coca-Cola has been providing POS materials for many years. Shops that distribute the Coca-Cola range can, for example, have menus created. However, the COVID-19 crisis caused a shift from offline to online, and suddenly those materials had to be available digitally as well. A long-term solution was therefore a must.
We expanded the existing print-on-demand platform with an online component. Anyone who now has their menus created by Coca-Cola will also receive it as a digital version. We structure all information and requests and send them to Coca-Cola. Their internal designers can then get to work with more than 1,000 available templates. Finally, the merchant chooses how to translate the online menu offline: their own website, stickers with QR codes, printed menus, posters, and so on. The updated POD platform was launched in early January 2024. After three months, the counter stood at more than 1,200 orders for POS materials and more than 200 websites. And Coca-Cola’s sales? They skyrocketed.
