Talent in Motion focuses on optimally filling temporary talent shortages in the healthcare sector through tailored expertise. To mark its 10th anniversary in 2020, the organization decided to review its identity and corporate style, a process guided by Comith through brainstorming sessions and mind maps, resulting in a blueprint of the desired brand DNA. We subtly refreshed the logo and corporate identity and introduced the tagline “great team, better care”.
This sleek, modern approach was extended to a renewed communication strategy for clients and healthcare professionals. Talent in Motion’s competitive edge lies in its warm, open, and human approach, as reflected in its Great Place to Work® and Best Workplace™ certifications.
These values became the common thread in the new communication strategy, developed in close collaboration with management.
