📖 Efficient semi-automatic layout for the tax guide
The 800-page Tax Guide, an annual publication by Pelckmans Publishers, is an indispensable reference work for bookkeepers and accountants, including updates on fiscal measures. Handy icons highlight changes, such as the extensive explanations regarding COVID-19 support measures in the 2021 edition.
Comith has supported Pelckmans for years with a semi-automatic layout process. Editors work on the texts in RTF format, which we then process directly in InDesign. This process saves time and costs while maintaining a clear overview. In addition to the regular guide, the pocket edition ‘Fiscus op zak’ is also published.
