🤖 Max is the best for half a million members
Liberale Mutualiteit was facing a complete digital leap with a new IT system. However, this digitalization could potentially raise questions.
How do you ensure that all your members are kept as well-informed as possible?
We created Max, the new virtual assistant for Liberale Mutualiteit, to answer all inquiries. We conceived the name, conducted style exercises, and designed the final look and feel. Subsequently, we brought Max to life in advertisements, mailings, posters, and explainer videos.
Max has since become a permanent staff member at Liberale Mutualiteit. He guided the transition to the new IT system and the switch to the new version of My LM. In the future, Max will remain an important communication vehicle and the primary point of contact for members.
