Donaldson Industries is a global market leader in filtration solutions. They have various dealers, but not every dealer offers the full product range. For this reason, the European headquarters in Leuven wanted a webshop – also known as a print-on-demand platform – where every dealer in Europe can order personalized brochures. We worked closely with the client to develop a user-friendly webshop. Not only did dealers have to be able to find the right brochure in the correct language quickly; but also, personalizing the back cover had to be effortless. We built a platform that anyone could use. Once the dealer has selected a brochure, we guide them step-by-step through the process of uploading logos and address details. Since these involve small print runs, we can move to production quickly. Every order is ready for shipment within two days. This provides dealers with personalized brochures that they are happy to share with their customers. At the same time, Donaldson Industries now has a fast, efficient, and more sustainable way to deliver marketing materials to its dealers quickly.
