POD - publish on demand
ToolsAs the main administrator, you decide who has access to the print-on-demand website and its products and features. Who is allowed to create documents? Who is allowed to place orders? What needs to be approved? Which orders need to be processed? You are firmly in control. You log in to the website via your own account, or from your own applications. Comith also offers Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, allowing users to securely access POD via a single account from within their business applications. In short, user and role management gives you complete control and oversight, whilst streamlining and securing your processes.
With Smart Editing, you can create personalised documents in real time using ‘smart templates’. Your brand identity remains consistent, including colour schemes, images and fonts. You can create documents, images and even animations, and download them directly from POD for online use or as print-ready files for your production order. Comith develops your templates and guides you through the technical possibilities. We place the templates, ready to order, on your POD site.
With POD, you can easily manage your personalised documents. You can effortlessly customise them and order or export them whenever you like. As the administrator of your POD, you create your own products, both for printing and for stock management. You retain full control over accessibility, stock levels, product specifications and prices. With POD, you have all the tools you need to manage your products efficiently, from creation to distribution.
Download your files or add your orders to your basket. Does your order need to be approved first? Or is the designated supplier responsible for processing it straight away? As an administrator, you help determine the ordering process in POD. We’ll add a track & trace feature from your chosen parcel service, so you always know where your order is. Whether it involves an immediate online payment for your order or deferred invoicing, your POD project determines the workflow. Your stock is meticulously managed within POD, ensuring you always have an up-to-date overview of your available stock. Comith ensures that your products are stored safely and under optimal conditions, ready for rapid processing. Furthermore, POD alerts you when a product is at risk of running out of stock. We ensure timely restocking in accordance with the agreed arrangements. All stock movements are recorded and can be tracked via the POD website. This way, you retain full control and an overview.
