Poster campaign to promote feedback culture
Moore Stephens supports feedback culture with fun posters
Moore Stephens is an accounting and consultancy firm with a strong internal feedback culture. But giving and receiving constructive feedback is not always a matter of course. So, the company wanted to help its employees with this by means of a fun poster campaign.
Comith contributed both content and graphics. We developed six visuals and slogans around the main ‘chicken/feathers (praise)’ theme. These also made playful reference to past communications on this topic at Moore Stephens.
The posters were created to match the house style and hung in the bathrooms in the company’s various office buildings. This made it possible to reach all employees, whether standing or sitting.
